Sales/Exchange Policy

We have an exchange only policy. PxD will only accept an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or used. They must be free of any lotions, oils, and odors. All tags must be in original place and in original condition.

Promotional and discounted sales are not eligible for exchange. These items are final sale only.  If there is a size issue, we will accept items in the above condition back subject to a $10 restocking fee per item returned and freight will be prepaid back to our warehouse.  You are responsible to insure the item or risk the loss for a shipment that is not received back.  This fee is deducted from your credit.

We have the right to refuse your exchange request if any of the above items are not adhered to.

To make an exchange:

1. E-mail to inform us that you would like to make an exchange. Please use the word EXCHANGE in your subject.

2. Once we receive your request we will email you back with an exchange form. Please fill this out and print. Include in your exchange package.

3. Mail your exchange to us with your completed form and item/s.

Once we have received your exchange we will issue you a credit to be used towards your next purchase online. This credit will be issued to you via emailed coupon code.

* Why do we issue a credit instead of replacing the exchanged item? Many times item/s sell out and are not replaceable. This is why a credit is issued so that you may pick out item/s that are currently in stock. 


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges or items shipped. We recommend that you secure a tracking number and delivery confirmation to ensure that we receive the merchandise you are exchanging.
